About us

For over 20 years, our commitment has aimed to constant research and innovation in the Cleaning field.

We are considered amongst european leaders in the production of wet wipes and a reference point in the microfibres world.

Present in 4 different markets, with our brands and private labels, we have become synonymous with cleanliness in all areas:

This market capillarity pushed us to develop extensive know-how in various production technologies that allowed us to have a wide range of products:

  • Microfiber cloths
  • Floor mop
  • Abrasive sponges

Our company is based in Acerra (Na), where it houses the offices, the raw materials warehouse and one of the two production plants. The other plant, recently acquired, is located in a strategic point for the sector, in Scarperia (Fi).

Our mission has always been to develop innovative products to improve the cleaning result in terms of quality, efficiency / savings and environmental impact.

Production capacity

The constant investments in modern and efficient production lines, the active synergies and the technical differentiation between the two plants, allow us, in the wet wipes category, to produce over 250,000 packs per day and about 65 million per year. Another strong point lies in the free production capacity which allows us to increase production of some 150.000 packs per day.

R&D

We have always focused on innovation, dedicating ourselves to constant Research and Development also through our internal Cosmetics, Chemistry and Biology laboratories.

The careful control procedures guarantee an excellent level of quality of our products, many of them have had important international certifications and recognition of compliance with EU standards.

Attention to the environment

Our production plants is 100% solar powered through a photovoltaic system of 242 polycrystalline modules: a conscious choice!
Most or our products are environmental friendly. GPP, CARBON FOOTPRINT, NORDIC ECOLABEL certified.

History

2000 – Founded as a diversification project of a family business specialized in the production of natural leathers for car cleaning. Then came synthetic leathers and microfibers. The production was carried out in a small plant in Arzano Naples. Pannopell® was the identifying trademark, a historical brand born in 1957, taken as a license for use by a Swiss company and then later purchased. The Pannopell® brand is synonymous with product in many Italian regions.

2003 – The Professional division (EudorexPro®) is born, as well as the opportunity to enter and develop turnover in another market. Professional line is strategic in order to increase know-how and create synergies with the consumer line.

2004 – Nuova Gaber’s take over, a company founded in 1948 in Cremona. The was is to gain shares in complementary market sectors and integrate the sales network by expanding territorial coverage. Today the Gaber’s brand is successfully dedicated to a line of products distributed exclusively in healthcare and parapharmacies.

2007 – POLIATTIVE® FIBERS first enter the markets, the most prominent innovation in cleaning cloths technology. The polyurethane coagulation is applied to microfibres fabrics, enhancing their performance.

2007 – Concept of differentiation and green cleaning, first applied to cleaning cloths. An idea so far common only in the detergents market. In the same year, according to EU guidelines on “green” purchases (GPP), Eudorex introduced products with documented eco-efficiency and related certifications.

This strategy, supported by investments in communication and the high quality products, led EudorexPro® to be considered the benchmark for Microfibers in the european professional cleaning market.

2014 – birth of 2 patents for a unique abrasive sponge. The abrasive part of the sponge called “Reteattiva®” can be used even on delicate surfaces (stainless steel and glass). Special granules inside the foam facilitate the removal of adhesive dirt “Sferattiva®”. The special fibres and the lamination system guarantee long life and high washing resistance (up to 90°). Sferattiva® and Evo Sponge® have gained the FCC Food Contact Certification (no other sponges with such certification worldwide).

2015 – Vela Distribuzione take over, a company that for over 20 years has been producing cotton buds and marketing make-up remover pads and wet wipes, distributing under Soffice® brand.

2016 – The production of Soffice® wipes start in renovated production plants. Thus enpowering Eudorex’s leadership.

2021 – Stenago Group acquisition, an important and historic manufacturer of wet wipes based in Scaperia (FI) with 7 production lines, about 130,000 packs per day produced, 50 employees.
